The short version: pay for what you book, look after the space, and be good to the people around you. The long version is below.

1. Who we are

Planta Workspaces (“Planta”, “we”) runs flexible workspaces in Lisbon, Berlin and Dubai. These terms apply to every membership, day pass, meeting-room booking and event ticket you buy from us.

2. Your membership

Memberships renew monthly and can be paused or cancelled any time before the next billing date. Hot desks are first come, first served; dedicated desks and private offices are yours alone for the term you choose.

3. Bookings & cancellations

Meeting rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Later cancellations use the credits of the original booking. No-shows are released after 15 minutes.

4. House rules

Be kind, keep calls in the phone booths, and leave shared spaces as you found them. Guests are welcome when registered at the front desk and accompanied by a member.

5. Payments

Prices include VAT where applicable. We charge the card on file at the start of each billing period and send an invoice to your workspace account.
