Planta is a fictional brand created for this template. This page shows how a real workspace would explain, in plain words, what it keeps about you and why.

1. What we collect

Your name, email, phone number and billing details when you join, the bookings you make, and the times your QR code opens a door. Nothing more than we need to run your membership.

2. Why we use it

To manage your membership and invoices, to let you into the building, and to tell you about changes to your plan or your location. We only send the monthly newsletter if you sign up for it.

3. Who we share it with

Our payment provider, our accounting software and the door-access system — each only gets what it needs for its job. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

4. How long we keep it

Account and booking data for as long as you’re a member, then 12 months. Invoices for as long as tax law requires. Door logs for 90 days.

5. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once your membership ends. Most of this you can do yourself in the member portal.
